Medical Challenge Cases
Click on the medical specialty you are interested in. Cases are listed which you can click on to read an actual SOAP note for an actual case study. It is left for you to determine the (A) diagnosis and (P) treatment plan. If you are studying this for medical exams, it is recommended that someone else select the cases and present you orally and/or the written (S) subjective portion of the SOAP note so that you will have to figure out what tests should be run. The examiner may then tell the student what the results of a correct test(s) were so that the student may then proceed to diagnosis and treatment plan.
